There are a number of things to consider before your demolition project can begin. Here are some things to keep in mind.

• Some municipalities will require a demolition permit before beginning. There is usually a fee to obtain this.

• ​For commercially owned buildings, an asbestos check is required. We can arrange this check if requested. We can also contract out the asbestos removal services if any is found.

• All utility services to the building will need to be disconnected such as gas, electric, and water. Some municipalities require a notice from the utility company that the service has been disconnected.

Over the years, we have completed countless demolition projects for many municipalities, businesses, contractors, and individuals in central Illinois. We properly haul off and dispose of all demolition debris and materials. We'll also haul in dirt and level up the lot afterwards if requested.
